About the job
Gross & Associés offers trainee solicitor positions for motivated legal professionals eager to practise at the bar. A university degree in Swiss law and good knowledge of German and English are required. During the two years of the trainee solicitor programme, our trainees benefit from working with all the specialist lawyers in the firm and across a wide range of legal fields. This advantage allows them to prepare optimally for their solicitor exams. Our goal is your success, and we are committed to ensuring your training is as comprehensive as possible so that you obtain your practising certificate. The statistics do not lie: for over 30 years, the pass rate of the trainees we have trained has been over 95% at the first exam session. We have never experienced a definitive failure.
Our collaboration with our trainees does not end with obtaining the practising certificate. Many trainees have had the opportunity to remain with our firm at the end of their training, as associates, before sometimes joining the partnership.
If you wish to join our team, all you need to do is send your application file (including detailed curriculum vitae, university grades and work certificates) to Mr Alexandre Guyaz, by email or by traditional mail. We will respond to each and every one of you.
