For our Zurich location, we are looking for a competent specialist in technical administration.

Your main tasks are:

• Supporting acquisition and formulating tailored offers
• Presenting innovative solutions and negotiating with customers
• Evaluating projects and processing tender documents
• Calculating offers
• Maintaining master data as well as analyses and post-calculations
• Together with the division manager, you take responsibility until the contract is awarded

You should bring the following:

• Completed training as a construction manager, certified master builder, or civil engineer FH
• Solid technical and business management knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in new construction and renovation
• High initiative and independent working style
• Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
• For new construction and renovation, you can apply your solid technical and business understanding and have gained initial experience in cost estimation
• Communication skills with customers and site managers, negotiation skills, and solution-oriented thinking are your strengths
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally BauBit
• Willingness for personal and professional development
• Friendly demeanor, respectful manners, and strong communication skills
