Your Tasks
- Overall personnel and professional responsibility for the anaesthesia nursing and positioning care teams
- Organisation and planning of both teams in collaboration with the team leader of positioning care
- Promotion of staff
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of quality standards and departmental goals
- Close cooperation with the Chief Anaesthetist and the Head of Operating Theatre Nursing
- Active participation in the operational area of anaesthesia nursing
- Active involvement in future projects and changes in the operating theatre area
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Expert in Anaesthesia Nursing NDS HF with professional experience
- Enjoyment of leadership topics and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Situationally appropriate, differentiated and understandable communication skills as well as pedagogical aptitude
- High commitment, independence, resilience, flexibility, organisational skills, assertiveness as well as business management thinking and acting
- Openness to change processes
