CONSTRUCTION MANAGER: BUILDING CONSTRUCTION / OVERALL PLANNING 80–100% - ZURICH

Your Tasks

• Independent construction management of demanding infrastructure projects for the overall planning and structural engineering departments
• Responsibility for coordinating and monitoring construction execution regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
• Leading and coordinating contractors, specialist planners, authorities, and other project participants
• Ensuring professional realisation according to planning documents, SIA standards, and technical specifications
• Preparation of tenders, cost estimates, contracts, as well as schedules and construction programmes
• Leading construction meetings including minute-taking and site reporting
• Reviewing invoices, claims, and measurements
• Supporting project and overall management during all execution phases
• Contributing to the development of modern construction processes and digital working methods (BIM/BIM2Field)

Your Profile

• Completed education in construction (Construction Manager HFP/HF, Technician HF, Architect FH/ETH or equivalent)
• Experience in construction management of building projects in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards as well as construction and contract law (SIA)
• Experience in tendering and cost estimation with NPK/CRB
• Confident use of MS Office and digital construction administration tools
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Communicative, assertive, and team-oriented personality
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
