Senior Accountant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You ensure complete and compliant financial records according to Swiss Code of Obligations and US GAAP
You prepare and manage the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
You reconcile accounts, review postings and ensure the timely submission of consolidated results
You are responsible for VAT, corporate and withholding tax obligations
You prepare and submit tax returns and regulatory reports
You further develop the internal control system (ICS) according to SOX guidelines
Qualifications:
You hold a Master’s degree in accounting or an equivalent qualification in Switzerland
You bring several years of experience in accounting
You possess profound knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations as well as taxation
You are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English
