At BETTERHOMES, you initially begin your individual career as an estate agent on a part-time basis. Already during the approximately one-year trainee phase, you take on all the tasks of successful real estate brokerage.

Your tasks

• Sale and rental of properties
• Valuation of the property using professional software
• Building customer relationships
• Support of new and existing customers

• You are a convincing sales talent
• Determination, diligence and self-motivation are among your greatest strengths
• Ideal age: 23 years and above
• You have a main job during the approximately one-year trainee phase
• You hold a valid driving licence
• You speak Swiss German without an accent
• Friendly and customer-oriented demeanour
