ICT System Engineer (m/f/d) 80-100%

To support our IT team, we are looking for an proactive individual as ICT System Engineer for the Aarau location, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You advise, coordinate, and support users in their daily work
- You locate and resolve faults or initiate appropriate escalation procedures and handle hardware, software, as well as network and communication issues
- You ensure the operation of data processing, network, and server systems and continuously develop our hybrid Microsoft infrastructure
- You take on 2nd and 3rd level support for workplace, server, and cloud systems, network components, and assist with 1st level support
- You support the automation of operational processes and actively participate in infrastructure and digitalisation projects, contributing ideas for the further development of our Microsoft platforms and operational processes
- You analyse recurring problems and develop sustainable technical solutions
- At least one day per week you work at the Bremgarten location and/or visit external sites
Your profile
- Training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology or equivalent, plus several years of professional experience in system technology
- Proven experience and in-depth knowledge in the administration of Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Azure Cloud Services, as well as good knowledge in networking
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, or identity and endpoint management is an advantage
- Self-initiative and team-oriented personality with an independent working style and high quality and responsibility awareness
- Ability for conceptual work as well as enjoyment in advising and solving complex problems
