As a Senior Specialist - Media & Performance Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping On’s global customer acquisition strategy. Working very closely within the Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making about budget allocation, developing robust frameworks for campaign measurement, and deriving audience insights. Your mission: to transform data into actionable strategies that enhance customer onboarding, accelerate growth, and fuel long-term retention.
Working cross-functionally with teams such as Acquisition & Activation, Membership, Content, Brand, Digital Product, and Retail, you'll bring analytical depth and strategic vision to the heart of our marketing operations. This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly influence how we reach and retain customers globally.
Your Mission
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Digital Marketing team by building marketing analytics frameworks and campaign health measurement models across DTC channels
- Identify gaps and growth opportunities through data-driven analysis, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in tech, product, and marketing to improve audience targeting, campaign strategy, and spend efficiency
- Drive customer acquisition strategy by analyzing the performance of marketing channels, developing data-driven audience segmentation in close partnership with Data Science Team, and optimizing campaign lifecycle strategies using actionable insights
- Support test-and-learn initiatives by implementing robust experimentation and measurement frameworks (e.g., A/B testing) and conducting marketing performance analyses (e.g., marketing mix modeling), in close collaboration with the Data Science and Machine Learning team. Use insights to inform investment allocation and strategic planning
- Monitor and report on performance across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle campaigns using KPIs such as CLV, ROAS, CPA, and engagement rates, providing regular updates to business stakeholders
- Leverage customer behavior and transactional data to uncover insights that inform personalization, identify new touchpoints, and enhance customer journeys across channels
- Develop and own the measurement framework for both performance and brand campaigns, continuously refining KPIs and methodologies to track marketing effectiveness and drive business impact
- Effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear storytelling, impactful data visualizations, and executive-ready dashboards and reports
