SPECIALIZED EDUCATOR
Permanent contract position at 53.29%
(5 days, split hours) - Annualized time

The students of the specialized schools Les Matines, Les Semailles, L'Orée, and La Violette in the Childhood & Transition sector need you.
Our facilities support a total of 160 children, aged 4 to 20 years, divided into three centers: Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Multiple Disabilities.
The quality of pedagogical, educational, and therapeutic support depends on the strength of a diverse and interdisciplinary team such as that of the Delafontaine Foundation.
WITH US
You will work in a socio-educational team welcoming students outside school hours.
You will ensure the support of children through playful activities linked to each child's leisure project.
You will contribute concretely to developing all the possibilities of the students and see them grow.
YOU WILL BE ESSENTIAL FOR
Providing a secure transition framework between home and school, meeting the interests of the children.
Providing particular support for managing transitions and separations, basic care, and meal situations.
Conducting activities that develop social skills and know-how in daily life.
Leading these activities with a group of children while taking heterogeneity into account.
YOUR PROFILE
Training as a social educator or socio-educational assistant
Sense of responsibility and daily autonomy
Great capacity for adaptation and structuring
Aptitude for transmission and ease in contacts
Experience with intellectual disability disorders and/or autism spectrum and/or multiple disabilities
