For the adolescent psychotherapy ward at the Klinik Schlosstal location in Winterthur, we are looking for you
Dipl. Registered Nurse FH/HF 70 - 80%
These are your tasks
- Inpatient care, support and promotion of adolescents
- Day-to-day key worker role in close interprofessional collaboration
- Work with relatives including family discussions
- Implementation of the nursing process
- Leading milieu-therapeutic groups
- Co-design and implementation of the further development of the adolescent psychiatric services
What you bring with you
- Completed professional training in nursing HF/FH (recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
- High integration ability, social and personal competence
- Resilience as well as a sense of humour
- Experience in adolescent psychiatric settings is an advantage
