The Stiftung zur Hard operates the Birsfelden retirement centre with a capacity of 170 rooms and a day and night structure, as well as the Spitex Birsfelden, which is responsible for a catchment area of 10,500 residents. We are one of the largest retirement and care institutions in the Basel region. YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsibility for ensuring and independently implementing professional care and support for our residents
- Responsibility for adjustments, additions and evaluations of care plans and documentation in the LOBOS system
- Support with interRAI assessments, co-responsibility for the care process
- Implementation of social measures, maintaining contact with stakeholders in the residents' environment
- Contributing to a lived, process-oriented quality management
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a FaGe EFZ
- Responsible, reliable and flexible personality
- Motivation and commitment to continuously develop your own expertise
- Independent thinking and acting according to the competence profile
- Experience with interRAI and LOBOS desired
