About the job
Our client is an established institution that offers individual living and care services to adults with cognitive and multiple disabilities. The focus is on self-determination, personal development, and resource-oriented support in everyday life.
We are looking for a Certified Care Specialist EFZ (FaBe) 80-90 % to join the care team immediately.
Requirements
- Completed training as a Certified Care Specialist EFZ (FaBe) MmB or MiA (excluding KIN specialisation)
- Experience in supporting people with disabilities is an advantage
- Appreciative, resource-oriented and professional attitude
- Independent and responsible working style
- Willingness to work early and late shifts as well as weekend shifts.
Tasks
- Individual support and care of residents in everyday life
- Promotion of independence, self-determination and personal resources
- Support in daily activities and taking on nursing tasks
- Co-creation of a needs-oriented daily structure
- Proper care documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration
