Area Manager Technics (m/f/d)

About the job

As Area Manager Technics, you ensure the technical operational readiness of our studios in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You lead your team, manage technical processes, and work together with internal and external partners to ensure smooth and economical operations.

What you achieve

• You ensure the technical operational readiness of around 90 studios and guarantee smooth operations.
• You lead the Technics AF D-CH area operationally and personnel-wise and specifically develop your team.
• You manage ticket management including prioritisation, KPI monitoring, and escalations.
• You coordinate and supervise maintenance, servicing, and repair work as well as technical function checks.
• You are responsible for warranty monitoring, optimise processes, and ensure efficient collaboration with internal and external partners.
• You ensure economical management of the area and coordinate external service providers, maintenance contracts, as well as material and cleaning processes.
• You support recruitment, accompany new employees during onboarding, and ensure professional deployment planning.

What you bring

• Education: Advanced technical college
• Field: Completed basic technical training as well as further education at HF/FH level or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in facility management, operations, or maintenance
• You bring several years of leadership experience in a technical environment, ideally in facility management, operations, or maintenance.
• You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and convince with a structured and independent working style.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy working with various stakeholders, and present yourself confidently and reliably.
• You have experience dealing with key figures, processes, and digital tools.
• German (B1)
