About the job
For the operational management of Home Treatment for children and adolescents, we are looking for you to start immediately or by arrangement as
Responsibilities
- You ensure the professional and personnel management of Home Treatment according to treatment and management guidelines
- You take on case management and supervise medical, psychological as well as educational and nursing staff of the interdisciplinary treatment team
- You cooperate closely with other clinics of the PDAG, partner institutions as well as private practices and coordinate collaboration with the involved support systems
- You are responsible for treatment documentation and medical reports as well as quarterly / annual reports
- You are responsible for the economic management of Home Treatment and work closely with the centre management, internal controlling and external partners
- You participate in the specialist on-call services of the clinic
Profile
- You hold a specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy FMH or an equivalent MEBEKO recognised qualification or are close to obtaining your specialist title
- You already have experience and knowledge in outreach work or are motivated to acquire and apply knowledge in this treatment offer
- You are interested in a future-oriented treatment offer, are professionally and personally open-minded, approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner and enjoy networked teamwork
- You are resilient, have good work organisation and a sensitivity for the families entrusted to you
- You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to actively visit families in the canton of Aargau with a company vehicle
