Apprenticeships as Childcare Specialist
The pop e poppa family service group is a Switzerland-wide network of childcare facilities. pop e poppa is the largest Swiss network in childcare and is an important part of supplementary family care from Geneva to Schaffhausen with daycares, playgroups, and day centers.
Child and family are at the center of our considerations and actions, which is why we accompany, care for, and promote each child individually and consider parental work an important part of everyday life.
The pop e poppa daycare Limminäscht is located in Urdorf. We have 24 care places, which are divided into two groups. With our educational spaces, children are developed and promoted in various areas. Our garden, as well as the large movement room, are the highlights of our daycare and are used daily by the children. Walks, forest visits, and excursions are also regularly made in our surroundings.
As part of our training offer, we offer two apprenticeships as of August 1, 2026:

What you bring:
- School leaver, at least 15 years old
- Interest and joy in working with young children aged between 3 months and 6 years
- Flexible and dynamic personality
- Responsible and reliable
- Team-oriented thinking
- Good German skills and possibly additional language skills are a plus
