Join us in working towards a more humane world!
To support project management within the framework of the governance reform, we are looking for a motivated individual for the Strategy and Development Staff from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement as a Project Associate 50% - limited to three years.
What you can achieve
- Assistance with research, analyses and project tasks
- Preparation of applications, decision-making documents and presentations
- Preparation and follow-up as well as organisation of workshops and meetings including minute-taking
- Implementation of communication and information measures
- Ensuring correspondence, scheduling and project documentation
- Support in project controlling, budget monitoring
What you bring
- University degree or advanced studies in social sciences, humanities, law, economics or work and organisational psychology; project management training is an advantage
- 2–3 years of experience in assisting and supporting complex projects
- Confident written expression as well as conceptual and editorial skills
- Communicative, proactive personality with a quick grasp
- Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration with various stakeholders
- Strong organisational and planning skills as well as a high service orientation
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365 and digital tools
- Very good German or French skills (C2) and good knowledge of the other national language (B2); additional languages are an advantage
