Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a motivated and passionate Assistant Club Manager for our Bellinzona fitness center, with a 100% position.

As Club Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing your club. You will be responsible not only for personnel and budget management but also for improving club performance and optimizing the member experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Adopt a proactive leadership style to promote a high-performance and engagement culture, serving as a role model for the team.

• Ensure compliance with the highest standards in cleanliness, health, and safety by conducting regular checks.

• Provide friendly support to our members and convey the PureGym spirit throughout the facility.

• Manage team shift planning and coverage.

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.

• Analyze data, reports, and market trends, defining strategies aligned with the budget to achieve set goals.

• Regularly conduct live group classes and contribute to the development of new programs.

What we are looking for:

• Completed training in sports or fitness.

• Qualification recognized by Qualitop Switzerland.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent knowledge of German (min. level B2); knowledge of English and other languages is a plus.

• Good numerical aptitude and analytical thinking.

• Experience in team management (preferable).

• Flexibility in working hours, including evening and weekend shifts.

• High sense of responsibility and an autonomous and proactive approach.

• Passion for interacting with people and a strong affinity for fitness, health, and sales.
