The regionally well-established retirement home Neukirch-Egnach offers a beautiful home to a total of 64 residents at the two locations Neukirch and Egnach, where their individuality and dignity are preserved and built upon their personal strengths. At the Neukirch location, we are looking for a person immediately or by arrangement for the position of:
Department Head of Nursing and Deputy Nursing Service Management

YOUR TASKS
- Personnel, professional, and economic management
- Staff deployment planning
- Responsibility for professional nursing quality and compliance, review, and development of work methods and quality standards
- Co-responsibility for planning, implementation, and documentation of the nursing process
- Leadership and support of the nursing team
- Management of medications
- Active participation in daily nursing care
- Conducting RAI assessments of our residents
- Deputizing for the nursing service management
WHAT YOU BRING
- Recognized diploma in nursing FH/HF, DNII, or specialist in long-term care HF
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care desirable
- RAI knowledge
- Ability for transparent, honest, and factual communication
- Confident communication in German, both spoken and written
- Appreciative attitude
- Very good IT skills
