To expand our company, we are establishing a completely new division for bodyshop and paintwork. For this, we are looking for a committed, entrepreneurial-minded individual as

who enjoys shaping and further developing a modern operation from the ground up. This position is newly created and offers you the special opportunity to actively build and sustainably influence the entire division. You will work in a state-of-the-art environment with completely new infrastructure, new machinery, and the latest equipment.
In this responsible role, you will take on the professional and personnel management of the new Bodyshop & Paint Shop division. You will organise and coordinate daily workflows, ensure high quality and timely execution, and actively contribute to the development of efficient processes and structures. Additionally, you will competently advise and support our customers and, together with your team, ensure a professional and smooth operation.
You have completed training in the bodyshop or paint shop field and ideally already have leadership experience. Further education in business management and/or experience in a similar position is a great advantage. We are looking for an independent, structured, and solution-oriented individual with a strong quality awareness, entrepreneurial thinking, and enthusiasm for building something new.
