About the job

Daily Business & Customer Support

Active support of our site partners (developments, municipalities)
Managing incoming mail/responding to support requests
Assisting with our customer hotline
Creating social media content
Accompanying damage/insurance cases
Other administrative tasks (customer card dispatch/credit checks)

Company Development

Support in the introduction of new systems & processes (e.g. onboarding our partners to the new service platform)
Writing or optimizing website content
Translating our documents and website
