About the job

To complete our team, we are looking for a junior co-owner association manager wishing to develop their skills in the administration of condominium properties and gradually progress towards the autonomous management of a portfolio.

You will join an experienced team and actively participate in the administrative, technical and financial management of several condominiums.

Your profile

• Initial experience in the real estate sector in Switzerland, ideally in condominium management
• Strong interest in condominium management and the technical aspects related to buildings
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage several files simultaneously
• Rigorous, proactive, curious personality eager to develop their skills
• Good interpersonal and writing skills, with a sense of service and contact
• Driving licence
