Tasks
- Ensure individualized and professional care for residents
- Take on shift responsibility and support trainees
- Serve as a contact for families, doctors, and social services
Skills
- Completed training as a FaGe EFZ; welcoming returnees
- Empathy and patience in dealing with elderly people
- Good knowledge of German (B2 level) and easyDOK

What you will do
- Ensure professional and needs-based care of our residents
- Take on shift responsibility
- Support apprentices in nursing training
- Contact person for relatives, doctors, social services and legal guardians
- Assume shift and case responsibility
What we expect from you
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Joy, empathy and patience in dealing with elderly people
- Knowledge of easyDOK applications is an advantage
- Good German skills in spoken and written form (level B2)
- Returnees are warmly welcome
