Office Experience Manager 100%
Your responsibility:
- Central contact person on site for all internal and external parties regarding all topics of office/facility management (building, cleaning, security, etc.)
- Issuing, supervising and monitoring orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while adhering to costs, deadlines and quality
- Ongoing cost control and ensuring execution quality with any necessary defect remediation
- Budget responsibility for facility and office management
- Ensuring smooth processes with our suppliers, service providers and office
- Proactive support in all daily organizational company processes (such as reception, ordering office supplies, organizing catering, welcome days and office well-being initiatives, etc.)
- Repairs and troubleshooting of simple malfunctions within the area of expertise
- Internal communication of office-relevant topics
- Safety officer for internal and external stakeholders
- Leadership and development of subordinate employees
- Project coordination in the area of office/facility management
Your skills:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- 3-5 years of experience in office management or in the service sector such as property management
- First leadership experience desired
- Basic technical understanding
- Interest in tasks in the areas of occupational safety and quality
- Quick comprehension of contexts and deriving the right measures
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Professional, communicative appearance with a strong sense of independent work
- Experienced and confident handling of MS Office
- Fluent German and English skills
