- Development, validation, and maintenance of relevant measurement methods
- Evaluation, procurement, and maintenance of testing equipment
- Ensuring the monitoring of testing equipment
- Careful management of verification documents
- Provision of relevant laboratory aids and chemicals for analytics
- Training of apprentices: Laboratory technicians EFZ (specializing in chemistry)
- Examination expert QV Laboratory technicians EFZ in the canton of Aargau

- Laboratory technician EFZ (specializing in chemistry) or similar training in the chemistry field
- Experience in instrumental analytics
