Our Business Delivery division is responsible for the implementation and operation of customer solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, communicative, and technically skilled person as an IT Project Manager:

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and successfully implementing complex software projects that form the basis for modern customer solutions. You bring your experience in project management, coordination, and leadership of interdisciplinary teams and work closely with our customers, requirements engineering, and development teams.

In doing so, you not only create plans but also shape the solution: you prepare workshops, moderate them, and find pragmatic ways to connect requirements, processes, and technologies with our customers' goals. Commitment, clear communication, and a structured approach are part of your craft.

You work with modern project methods, feel comfortable in agile project leadership, contribute new ideas, and take responsibility for the continuous development of our procedures and standards in project management.

This is your task:

• Overall responsibility for IT and software projects in the field of custom web applications, from initiation to successful completion
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring project goals, budget, resources, and schedules
• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and close collaboration with requirements engineering, development, and operations
• Moderation of customer workshops and translation of complex technical content into clear recommendations for action
• Communication at eye level, from developers to C-level management
• Ensuring quality, transparency, and commitment throughout the project duration
• Use and promotion of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) for effective collaboration with customers and teams
• Early identification of risks, conflicts, and dependencies as well as development of viable solutions
• Co-shaping the further development of our project standards, processes, and methods

What you should bring

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, economics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT project management in the service sector, ideally in an agile environment
• Knowledge of modern project management methods and ideally certifications such as PMI, Prince2, Scrum, or SAFe
• Technical understanding to classify complex contexts and work with development teams on equal footing
• Strong communication and moderation skills to convince teams as well as customers up to C-level
• High initiative, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to lead projects independently and in a structured manner to success
• Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops and project activities directly at the customer
• Enthusiasm for digital transformation, ideally with industry experience in banking, insurance, administration, or industry
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, strong presentation skills, and confident appearance
• Desirable: experience in pre-sales or supporting sales activities
