To strengthen our team, we are immediately seeking a committed and responsible Registered Nurse HF. In this role, you will care for and support our clients in their familiar home environment and significantly contribute to their quality of life with your expertise and dedication.

Registered Nurse HF

Your tasks

• Professional care and support of our clients at home
• Implementation of treatment nursing measures according to medical prescription
• Recognising changes in health status and initiating necessary measures
• Electronic documentation of provided nursing services
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external specialists
• Participation in ensuring and further developing nursing quality

Your profile

• Completed basic training as a Registered Nurse HF
• Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in outpatient or long-term care
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented working style
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Good IT user skills
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Enjoyment of administrative and organisational tasks
• Driving licence category B required
