Originally trained as a freight forwarding clerk, Tobias ended up rather by chance in concrete production – when the machinist was unavailable and he stepped in. What began as an emergency solution became a passion: today he controls the concrete quality, knows his machine and every recipe. His credo: with willingness to learn, almost all limits can be overcome. Since 2014, he has been firmly established in the company – both in the office and directly at the concrete plant.
