We offer a position at the tilia Wittigkofen location immediately or by arrangement as
- Holistic and process-oriented care and support of our residents
- Main responsibility for the nursing process and case management in the residential area
- Promotion and support of nursing staff regarding the nursing process
- Ensuring the flawless use of interRAI LTCF CH
- Implementation of the nursing process and participation in direct care
- Passion for long-term care and enjoyment in shaping development processes
- Qualified nurse HF / FH (DN II, AKP or SRK-recognised diploma)
- Further training as RAI Supervisor 1 and 2 or willingness to complete this
- Solid experience in the application of RAI/RUG or willingness to acquire this knowledge
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Responsible, team-oriented and proactive personality with a strong quality mindset
- Varied activity with scope for creativity in an open-minded team
