Group Leader Process Engineering with Leadership Experience

Your tasks

• Technical and personnel management of the process engineering team as well as the apprentices (8 employees, 4 apprentices)
• Organisation and assurance of set-up operations and sampling
• Optimisation of injection moulding processes in terms of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Introduction of new tools, products, machines, and manufacturing processes
• Further development of employees and promotion of their expertise
• Close collaboration with the Production Manager, AVOR, and other specialist departments
• Setting up injection moulding machines

Your profile

• Training as a plastics technologist with further education in plastics technology (HF)
• Several years of professional experience in plastic injection moulding technology and process engineering
• Sound knowledge in optimising injection moulding processes
• Experience in leading and developing employees
• Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and responsible personality
• High quality orientation as well as interest in new technologies and continuous improvement
