To complement our team in Solothurn or Grenchen, we are looking for a committed and knowledgeable person as a Property Manager.
In this role, you will independently manage and administer an attractive property portfolio of rental properties and condominium ownership.
Your tasks
- Contact person for owners, tenants, authorities and craftsmen
- Acceptance and handover of rental properties for initial and re-lettings
- Property accounting including dunning
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
- Implementation of rental contract changes and rent adjustments
- Supervision of minor renovations of properties
- Supervision of caretakers
- Organisation and conduct of condominium owners' meetings
Your profile
- Property manager with a federal professional certificate or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Good IT skills
- You are a native German speaker
- You are sociable, customer-oriented and resilient
- Organisational skills, pleasant manners, negotiation skills, confident appearance and assertiveness
- You hold a valid driving licence category B
