HR Specialist (m/f/d) 80 – 100 %

Your tasks:

• Ensuring efficient and legally compliant HR administration from A to Z
• Responsibility for correct and timely payroll processing, including social security and withholding tax
• Advising and supporting managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
• Recruitment of new employees in collaboration with the specialist departments
• Preparation of employment contracts, references and other personnel-related documents
• Maintenance and management of personnel master data as well as time recording
• Taking on further tasks according to instructions from management

We expect:

• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
• Sound expertise in operational HR processes
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an SME
• High commitment, teamwork skills and flexibility
• Native German speaker
• Very independent, structured and reliable working style
• Discretion, sense of responsibility and high social competence
• Several years of experience in payroll and good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
• Affinity for numbers
