Your main tasks
- Responsible for client-side project management of the municipal property portfolio
- Implementation of construction projects with the goal "Net Zero by 2040" in combination with photovoltaic systems
- Comprehensive project management from planning to execution and commissioning
- Preparation of decision-making bases for the City and Municipal Council as well as the Primary School Board
- Financial and budget responsibility including controlling of the assigned construction projects
- Evaluation, coordination and management of external specialists and planners
- Proactive collaboration with all internal and external project participants such as users, planners, authorities, offices and third parties
You bring with you
- (Technical) university degree as an architect ETH or FH
- Further training or proven expertise with experience in project management
- Experience as a client representative in the public sector or an institutional client is an advantage
- Winning and team-oriented personality with a high degree of initiative and assertiveness
- Fluency in written and spoken expression as well as negotiation skills
