As an independent franchise partner, you take responsibility for the new attractive migrolino shop at Lugano station. You will manage a versatile convenience location with attractive earning potential.

What you achieve

• Establishment of your own company and operation of our shop with your own capital
• Responsibility for the operational management of the location
• Responsibility for the successful operation and further development of the shop business
• Goal-oriented leadership and promotion of your team, including independent recruitment
• Ensuring the implementation of the migrolino concept and compliance with standards
• Responsibility for acquiring new customers as well as the business results, sales and costs
• Control and improvements of the process organisation - in cooperation with migrolino AG
• Responsibility for compliance with and enforcement of health protection, occupational safety and hygiene regulations
• Through good cooperation with headquarters, you achieve or exceed the agreed budget targets

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: Completed basic or additional training in retail, gastronomy, travel industry or petrol station business with subsequent successful career
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in food retail, gastronomy or tourism
• Experience in retail (ideally convenience segment)
• Many years of experience in staff management and business management know-how
• High sense of responsibility regarding business operations, staff and customer care
• Above-average commitment as a sales and leadership personality
• Team-oriented, open and flexible thinking and acting
• Willingness for continuous further education and training (willingness and ability to learn)
• Financial means to finance goods and operation management of CHF150,000.-
• German (A2)
• Italian (C1)
