Our "Final Testing" team in Operations needs reinforcement. Therefore, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an enthusiastic, technically skilled test stand assembler.

Your Tasks

• Prepare power cables (10 – 500 kV) for testing (cut off for test end closures according to drawing)
• Measure and record conductor and insulation resistances
• Perform direct current sheath tests (DC)
• Assemble all types of pulling loops and complete cables for shipping
• Carry out visual inspections and test silicone parts such as stress cones and joint bodies from 72 – 500 kV
• Operate cranes 32 T / 60 T (ground control)
• Set up and dismantle longitudinal water tightness tests
• General test stand work as well as modifying/preparing various test adapters

You Bring

• Completed vocational training in a technical field
• Several years of professional experience in the production environment of the energy industry
• Careful, precise working method
• Advantageous: crane licence
• High flexibility and willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Enjoy contact with multicultural people in various roles
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
