Health Specialist Night Shift 70 %
YOUR TASKS- You accompany our residents, always with regard to their individual care needs and quality of life
- You take responsibility during the night shift and keep an overview of the department
- With your commitment, you ensure quality, safety and efficiency during the night shift
- You ensure a smooth process and advocate for the continuous improvement of procedures
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe EFZ)
- Experience and deep interest in the field of dementia
- You are an upbeat, empathetic personality with a team-oriented working style
- Interest in optimising care processes and standards
- Openness to personal and professional growth
