Team Leader Quality Control (m/f/d)

Your Contribution

• Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the Quality Control team
• Ensuring product quality along the entire value chain including supplier and incoming goods inspection
• Handling complaints and non-conformities including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Support in the creation, maintenance and further development of product-specific test plans and test processes
• Technical support in the creation of measurement programmes, especially for complex measurement tasks
• Analysis, evaluation and preparation of process and quality indicators (KPIs)
• Planning and conducting internal audits and quality meetings including KPI reporting
• Close, cross-departmental collaboration with process technology, manufacturing, supply chain management and engineering

Your Skills and Talents

• Completed technical basic training (e.g. polymechanic) with further training in quality assurance, metrology or quality management
• Several years of professional experience in quality control in an industrial company, ideally with leadership experience
• Structured, analytical working style as well as a pronounced quality and sense of responsibility
• Assertive personality with the ability to motivate and coach employees
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP R/3 advantageous
• Sound knowledge in metrology (CMM), ideally with Hexagon DEA
• Experience with common quality methods such as FMEA, SPC, MSA or 8D
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills advantageous
