Real Estate Law Specialist
Land Registry Inspectorate and Commercial Register | 60-80 % | Chur (Sinergia Administrative Centre)
The Land Registry Inspectorate and Commercial Register is the cantonal licensing authority for property acquisition by persons abroad as well as for agricultural land law, supervises the cantonal land registry offices and manages the commercial register.
To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a Real Estate Law Specialist from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- You independently process applications related to property acquisition by persons abroad as well as agricultural land law and support the head of the department.
- In addition to issuing permits, you provide information by telephone and in writing regarding the implementation of these two federal laws in the area of property transactions.
What we expect from you
- You are interested in legal contexts and appreciate contact with customers and authorities.
- You have completed legal, economic or equivalent training and ideally have professional experience in the land registry, notary office or another legally related area.
- Knowledge of the conditions of the Graubünden people and agriculture is an advantage.
- Communication with customers, skilled negotiation and fluent oral and written expression in German are further strengths of yours.
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage.
- IT user skills, precise and careful working methods, commitment, good appearance, flexibility, teamwork and reliability are required.
