The Vista Eye Practices & Clinics are the largest provider of ophthalmology in Switzerland with around 35 locations and approximately 500 employees. We offer first-class medical services to our patients and set standards in the specialised fields of ophthalmology, eye surgery, and laser eye medicine.

In this role, you will be a central contact person for patients, internal and referring doctors, the non-medical staff of our practice, as well as other Vista locations in the region.

Your tasks

• Reception and care of patients in a lively environment
• Preoperative preparation, pre-drops, and postoperative care of our patients
  
• Careful and competent preparation of consultations
• Provision of patient records
• Assisting during consultations and minor surgical procedures
  
• Dispensing medication as prescribed by the doctor
  
• After thorough training and induction, you will conduct preliminary examinations such as autorefractor and pressure measurements and assist with intravitreal injections
  

Your profile

• A completed education and professional experience as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ (MPA)
• Strong customer orientation and commitment
• A desire to learn new things and develop further
• Willingness to take responsibility within a team
• Very good German skills and good spoken French skills
• Good knowledge of common PC applications
