For our Supply Chain Management, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the operational purchasing of defined product groups (including infrastructure, technology, medical devices, electrical appliances)
- Independent execution and coordination of ordering processes taking into account the requirements of the healthcare sector
- Active support and maintenance of supplier relationships as well as conducting supplier negotiations
- Ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods and services that comply with legal and medical standards
- Close cooperation with the specialist departments to ensure optimal material supply and process flows
- Monitoring and documentation of delivery deadlines, order quantities, and prices, considering budget guidelines
- Identification and implementation of savings potentials as well as continuous improvement of procurement processes
- Support in the creation and implementation of purchasing strategies in the healthcare sector
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical training, further education in purchasing
- At least 3 years of professional experience in operational purchasing, ideally in healthcare or a similar sector
- Sound knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes
- Very good negotiation skills and communication strength
- Organizational talent and a high degree of initiative as well as the ability to work independently and solution-oriented
