dispatching and coordinating vehicles
negotiating with customers/ partners/ transport intermediaries/ agents/ carriers (as a link between customers, internal and external service providers)
carrying out contract reviews
conducting position and pallet checks
monitoring deadlines
processing forwarding customer orders
general commercial activities
Requirements
Training as a freight forwarding clerk
Professional experience in land transport, customs knowledge an advantage
You work customer-oriented, enjoy working in a team and appreciate a lively atmosphere.
IT
Knowledge of MS Office programmes (Word/ Excel/ Outlook)
Languages
German: mother tongue or equivalent
English: good knowledge
French: an advantage
