ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (M/F) PERMANENT FULL-TIME - Geneva

WHAT WE OFFER YOU AS MISSIONS:

• You are responsible for the commercial performance of your point of sale and the satisfaction of our customers, both professional and private.
• You lead your team daily and implement commercial operations in collaboration with them, while ensuring the quality of customer service, cleanliness and safety of the point of sale.
• You are responsible for the proper management and smooth operation of your point of sale, particularly in terms of stock control and optimisation.
• You are the brand ambassador to our customers and actively contribute to their loyalty.
• You work closely with our field teams to develop the business and best meet our customers’ needs.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOUR PROFILE:

• You are autonomous, results-oriented, persevering and motivated. You know how to unite a team and develop a trusting relationship with your customers.
• Your results culture, leadership and customer service sense will be real assets to succeed in this role.
• You hold a federal certificate of capacity (CFC) as a painter, a CFC as a retail manager or have equivalent experience.
• You ideally have experience in the paint sector.
• You have a perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
• You are comfortable with IT tools, especially MS Office.
