The school supplementary care is an offer for the care of children of working parents and is provided at the locations Lange Heid, Löffelmatt, Loog, and Neuewelt. This includes professional care over lunchtime with catering as well as after school in the afternoon with leisure activities and support with homework, as well as the offer of holiday care.

From 10 August 2026

Your tasks

You will take on the 1 to 1 support of a child at one location together with a great team and accompany the lunch table and the afternoon care. The exact working hours concern the service on Mondays or Tuesdays as well as Thursdays from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm. Occasional substitute assignments are possible. During a maximum of six weeks in the school holidays, you will work in the day camps based on the registration of the child to be cared for. You ensure a professional quality of care for the child as well as the children's group. You appreciate a lively working environment and can contribute your solution-oriented skills as well as your specialist knowledge. Furthermore, you bring good expertise about autism, ADHD, ADD, and gifted children.

Our expectations

You have a (social) pedagogical basic education such as special needs education, social pedagogy HF, or childcare specialist EFZ and bring professional experience. Furthermore, you enjoy working with children with special needs. This task requires a high degree of independence, resilience, and flexibility as well as a flair for minor administrative and organisational tasks. You bring a willingness to perform and are a committed person who enjoys the profession and brings a pinch of humour.
