Tasks

About the job
What you can achieve
- Planning, execution, and documentation of national and global clinical studies (Phase II–IV) in the Dermatological Outpatient Clinic according to GCP guidelines; experience with IITs is an advantage
- Preparation of study protocols and related documents in consultation with the Principal Investigator
- Coordination of submission procedures with authorities and ethics committees (e.g., ethics committee, Swissmedic)
- Preparation and management of cost estimates and budget calculations for new and ongoing studies, including invoicing sponsors and CROs according to contractual agreements and milestones
- Participation in the revision and expansion of SOPs
What you bring
- University degree (BSc or MSc) in Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, or Pharmacy
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a Clinical Study Manager
- Careful, conscientious, and goal-oriented working style as well as a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness, plus pronounced social skills
- Assertiveness and organizational talent as well as strong team and communication skills and the ability to act proactively
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; good French skills are an advantage
