We are looking for a committed person in the role of Network Engineer who enjoys maintaining and installing networks.

Your tasks

• Carrying out installations, configurations, and maintenance work on-site at customers in the area of campus LAN.
• Advising and supporting customers in planning and implementing network projects.
• Troubleshooting and resolving errors as well as providing technical support for network problems.
• Documenting the work performed and creating reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile

• Completed training or studies in IT
• Professional experience in network technology, ideally in the area of campus LAN, as well as solid know-how in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Cisco switches
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco ISE (NAC)
• Meraki Access Points: Knowledge in configuring, deploying, and managing Meraki wireless access points to set up reliable and high-performance WLAN networks
• Security know-how in the Fortinet area: Knowledge in configuring and managing Fortigate firewalls is an advantage
• Certifications: CCNA or CCNP certification are required to demonstrate competence and expertise in the mentioned areas
• Fluent in German and English
