Job Description

• Professional execution of maintenance, repair, and servicing work on production equipment, machines, and technical installations including documentation
• Analysis and rectification of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults during ongoing operations
• Participation in the creation, maintenance, and further development of maintenance plans
• Development and implementation of improvements for equipment availability, safety, quality, and efficiency
• Participation in or taking responsibility for conversions, adjustments, and optimisations of machines and operating resources
• Work in shift rotation

Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic, maintenance mechanic, or comparable technical vocational training
• Ideally several years of professional experience in plant maintenance or a comparable role
• Experience in reading technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and maintenance documents as well as knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, and hydraulics
• A flair for innovation and optimisation opportunities and enjoyment in their joint implementation
• Flexible, resilient, and reliable personality with initiative and a networked way of thinking
• Precise, structured, and independent working style as well as strong team and communication skills
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
• Good MS Office user skills
