Control System Supporter International (m/f/d) 100%
YOUR TASKS
- Technical advice and support for our customers at home and abroad by telephone and remote access regarding questions about plant controls, load elements and fieldbus systems
- Professional support and assistance for our service technicians and site managers
- Determination and definition of required spare parts
- Planning and conducting technical training for customers and service technicians
- Configuration and commissioning of control computers and IT devices
- Close cooperation with the departments of software, customer service and spare parts service
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as an electrical fitter, automation technician or a comparable technical qualification
- Sound knowledge in drive, control and measurement technology as well as good mechanical understanding
- Good language skills in German, French and English
- Strong team orientation, initiative and independent working style
- Experience with the Ammann as1 control system is an advantage
