The azb Foundation in Strengelbach is a non-profit organisation that offers supported living, work, training, and integration places to around 400 people with intellectual, physical, or psychological disabilities.

The electrical department produces very complex assemblies for the electrical industry in 3 rooms together with people requiring support and trainees.

For this challenging task at the interface between economic action and social mission, we are looking to complement our team with an

Electrical Specialist 80 - 100 %

Your tasks are:

• Coordination of orders for one room
• Organising workflows
• Implementing quality and safety regulations
• Guiding people requiring support
• Assisting with the execution of orders

We expect from you:

• Training as an electrician EFZ or equivalent technical training with experience in the electrical field
• Joy and understanding in guiding and supporting people requiring assistance and trainees
• Team-oriented, resilient, conscientious, and open personality
• Independent working style and organisational flair
• Economical and quality-conscious working method
• Professional interaction with customers and clients
• Good German and MS Office skills
