Quality Assurance Specialist
We are looking for committed and qualified employees for our shop floor in various areas, including Engine Line, Module Line, and Piece Part Repair, at our locations in Bad Zurzach and Zurich Airport. If these tasks sound exciting to you, we look forward to your application as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will take on the following tasks:
- Conducting technical inspections and assessments of aircraft engine assemblies to support one of our Engine Lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56) – on schedule and according to OEM specifications as well as Engineering Orders
- Creating repair orders for engines, modules, and individual parts
- Checking changes and modifications to components and assemblies
- Applying Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
- Working independently with economic thinking and acting
Your profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another strongly mechanical/technical sector
- Relevant experience within the aviation or MRO industry is a great advantage
- High self-motivation as well as precise and responsible working style
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Resilient and adaptable to changing requirements
- Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good English skills (at least level B2), German skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
