Requirements:
• Accent-free Swiss German (native language)
• Very good communication and strong sales skills/experience in sales mandatory
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• Reliable, punctual, and friendly
• Efficient and precise working style
• Very good comprehension
• Quality-conscious and independent working style
• Flexible regarding working hours (at least 3 evenings, other shifts freely selectable), regular Saturday shifts are an advantage
Tasks:
• Sales and appointment scheduling by phone
• Active customer approach with charm and persuasiveness
