You can look forward to these tasks
• Result-oriented management of several Volg branches with a focus on the canton of Vaud
• Leadership and support of branch managers to ensure efficient branch management (administration, personnel matters, assortment, layout, campaign planning, and sales promotion measures)
• Recruitment of employees and apprentices based on the Volg recruitment process in cooperation with the HR department
• Agreement and implementation of goals and measures
• Ensuring the Volg strategy in the sales outlets
• Monitoring internal and external market developments and implementing the resulting activities
• Ensuring the flow of information
We look forward to this profile
• EFZ in sales (preferably in food retail) with additional training as a retail specialist or equivalent.
• Several years of professional experience in retail (preferably in the food sector)
• Good experience and knowledge in management
• Social and professional skills as well as a high degree of responsibility
• Good German and French skills in spoken and written form
• Open to daily travel within the canton of Vaud
Up to 7 weeks of vacation
